advertising campiagn what makes a good one?!

i want to use the campaign for Batman Dark Knight to show how advertising campaign really be successful.

I would define an advertising campaign as a 'group of different advertising products that combine together well to sell one or more products to the target audience'

For Dark Knight the umbrella company Time Warner used a range of diffferent techniques and products- i think they were all very successful and were varied to different target audiences which made them keen on watching the film.

For the next few posts i am going to analyis a number of what i think were the best advertising techniques.
